As much as we’d like to host a typical luncheon in April, concerns over the Coronavirus make that impossible. But, like many other organizations that meet regularly, during this time of “social distancing,” we’re going to hold a virtual event! We will meet via ZOOM.us at 9:30 AM on Friday, April 17 with Senator Jerry Moran. Senator Moran will offer his insights into our industry, the government’s response to COVID-19, and other relevant subjects in a formal 30-minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Questions and Answers session. Unlike our typical luncheon meetings, we won’t be offering any food this time—but you can certainly snack while listening!  (We would request you MUTE your connection while chewing, especially if you’re eating chips!)

How to Register

Of course, since there will be no food—and since this event will take place mid-morning—we’re calling this a Wichita Aero Club “Virtual Brunch.” And, of course, the cost of attending will also be virtual.  We DO want to receive your RSVP so we can make sure we accommodate the entire audience, but there’s no charge to be included. Please let us know you’ll be there by registering in advance - you can do that here. Send your questions for the Q & A session to davefranson@mac.com, too. We’ll send them along to Senator Moran. He and his staff will do their best to address as many as possible.
