The Wichita Aero Club (WAC) has chosen Dr. John Tomblin as its twelfth recipient of the Wichita Aero Club Trophy. Dr. Tomblin is Senior Vice President, Industry and Defense Programs; Executive Director, National Institute for Aviation Research; and Sam Bloomfield Distinguished Professor of Aerospace Engineering for Wichita State University. Dr. Tomblin will receive the award at the Aero Club’s Trophy Gala on the evening of Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the B-29 Doc Hangar, Education & Visitors Center in Wichita.

Tickets are $150 for members and $175 for non-members.
