Amanda Simpson was named the Vice President for Research and Technology at Airbus Americas in 2018, responsible for coordinating technology development, research activities, and innovation for Airbus in the western hemisphere. Amanda shared with us Airbus’ ZEROe program. It focused on the company’s forward looking initiatives to shift to hydrogen fuel and the development of concept aircraft.
